1. Introduction

ReplyIQ ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address and name when you create an account via email or Sign in with Apple.
• Business Information: Business name, type, city, and logo you provide during onboarding.
• Review Data: Reviews fetched from your connected Google Business Profile and Yelp accounts. This data belongs to your business and is accessed only with your explicit authorization via OAuth.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including which features you use and when.
• Device Information: Device type, iOS version, and push notification token for delivering alerts.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the ReplyIQ service
• To fetch and display your business reviews from connected platforms
• To generate AI-powered reply suggestions using your review content
• To send push notifications about new reviews
• To send optional weekly email digests
• To process subscription payments
• To improve our services

4. OAuth & Third-Party Platforms

When you connect Google Business Profile or Yelp, you authorize ReplyIQ to access your review data on your behalf. We store OAuth access tokens securely in your device's iOS Keychain and on our servers using encryption. We never store your Google or Yelp passwords. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Settings screen, which immediately revokes our access.

5. AI-Generated Replies

When you request AI reply suggestions, your review content and business information are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies. This data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your review content to train AI models.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider
• Anthropic: For AI reply generation
• Apple: For Sign in with Apple authentication and push notifications
• Stripe / RevenueCat: For subscription payment processing
• Resend: For email digest delivery

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including OAuth tokens stored in iOS Keychain, row-level security on all database tables ensuring users can only access their own data, HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and regular security reviews.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@replyiq.giliki.com with any privacy requests.

10. Children's Privacy

ReplyIQ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ReplyIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ReplyIQ is an iOS application that helps small business owners monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google Business Profile and Yelp using AI-generated reply suggestions.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ReplyIQ. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to post false, misleading, or defamatory review responses
• Violate Google's, Yelp's, or any other platform's terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or sublicense the App without our written permission

5. Subscriptions & Payments

ReplyIQ offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings or the App's Settings screen. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

6. Free Trial

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. Your subscription will begin at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Only one free trial per user.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Business Profile, Yelp, and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. ReplyIQ is not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs that may affect App functionality.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated reply suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before publishing it. ReplyIQ is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of any published reply.

9. Intellectual Property

ReplyIQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
